IKPEAZU UGANDA CALL-UP (Monday 26th October 2020) News came through on Monday 26th October 2020 that Wanderers striker Uche Ikpeazu had been called up for the Ugandan international side for their forthcoming coming international games with South Sudan on 12th and 16th November 2020. Ikpeazu is waiting his Uganda debut having previously been called up for the March 2020 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying games but those fixtures were postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

HORGAN GETS IRELAND CALL-UP (Friday 9th October 2020) News came through on Friday 9th October 2020 that Wanderer' striker Daryl Horgan had been called into the Republic of Ireland squad for their UEFA Nations League matches with Wales (Sunday 11th October) and Finland (Wednesday 14th October). Horgan subsequently came on substitute during the meeting with Wales and thus become the first Wycombe player to gain a full international cap since Aaron Pierre appeared for Grenada in 2015. The Irishman then gained a further cap after starting for Ireland in their game away to Finland on 2020.

JOSH KNIGHT SIGNED ON LOAN (Monday 5th October 2020) The club confirmed on Monday 5th October 2020 the signing of 23-year-old Josh Knight on loan from Leicester City until 3rd January 2021. Knight had spent the 2019/20 on loan in League One with Peterborough United – scoring against Wanderers in the 3-3 draw at Adams Park exactly a year previous. He was allocated the No.12 in the Wycombe squad.
