(Wednesday 30th June 2010)
21 year old midfielder Kieran Murtagh has joined Wanderers on an one year deal after turning down a new contract offer with Yeovil Town. Murtagh, who scored in Yeovil's 4-0 victory over Wanderers on Boxing Day 2009, is a former Youth Team player with Charlton Athletic but made his way into League football after a spell in the Conference South with Fisher Athletic. He joined Yeovil on a two year contract in the summer of 2008 and made 53 Football League appearances, scoring 3 times, before deciding to take his chance with Wycombe.
Craig Woodman WOODMAN OPTS FOR BEES
(Wednesday 30th June 2010)
Defender Craig Woodman has turned his back on Wycombe in favour of a three year deal with Brentford. Woodman made 131 First Team appearances for Wanderers - scoring twice. Press reports suggest that the delay in Ben Strevens' move to Wycombe was because Brentford wanted Woodman in return.

Gary Waddock has added two more players to his squad with the signing of Brentford duo Danny Foster and Ben Strevens. 25 year old Foster specialises in the right back position and joins on a one year deal following a season at Griffin Park. Meanwhile, 30 year old striker Strevens should be familiar to Wanderers followers having also played against Wycombe for Barnet and Dagenham & Redbridge during a successful football career towards the lower end of the Football League. He joined Brentford at the end of the 2008/2009 season from Dagehnham along with team-mate Danny Foster. Strevens joins on a two year deal.

Meanwhile, Gary Waddock has confirmed that midfielder John Mousinho has rejected his contract offer from Wycombe. The Wycombe boss told the Bucks Free Press, "He won’t be reporting back here for pre-season training on Tuesday. He hasn’t accepted our offer so he’ll move on elsewhere. I liked him as a player.
