Background: Former trainee with Bristol City but dropped into non-League football in order to make his senior debut, including an extended spell with Bath City. Impressed enough to draw the attention of Bristol Rovers who signed him in the summer of 2006, making his Football League debut on the opening day of the 2006/7 season. Spent a season with Rovers before moving back to non-League football with Salisbury City. It was from City that he was signed by then Aldershot Town Gary Waddock on an initial loan deal before the move was made permanent in January 2009. He scored 6 goals in 52 League apperances while at The Shots before Waddock, now Wycombe boss, returned to The Shots in the summer of 2010 to bring the defender to Adams Park on a two year deal. Bagged seven goals during his first season with Wycombe as part of the squad that gained promotion back to 'League One' at the first attempt.
A regular again for Wycombe at the start of the 2011/12 campaign but after being injured during the 2-1 defeat at Rochdale on 1st October 2011, he fell out of favour after loanee Grant Basey was brought in as cover. He was loaned out to Conference side Forest Green Rovers later that month on a three month deal saying that he had 'fallen out of love with the game'. However, the move turned sour and he returned to Wycombe within a few weeks where his contract was 'terminated by mutual consent'.
