Background:
The Club announced at 7.40pm on Monday 4th September 2023, the signing of 28-year-old Kieran Sadlier on a free transfer following his release from Bolton Wanderers. His playing position was described as ranging between wing-back, midfield and striker.

Originally a youth player at Cambridge United and then West Ham United, he made his senior debut after signing for St. Mirren in the Scottish League. After six months north of the border, he returned to England to spend time with Peterborough United and Halifax Town. However, his senior breakthrough came during spells with Sligo Rovers and Cork City in the League of Ireland. With 50 goals to his name over three seasons in LOI, he returned again to England to enjoy two year stays at both Doncaster Rovers and then Rotherham United.

His move to Bolton Wanderers came in the January 2022 - signing for an undisclosed fee on a two-and-a-half year deal. Despite being a regular in the Bolton side, he spent the second-half of the 2022/23 season on loan at Leyton Orient but still received a Football League Trophy winners medal as a Bolton player because he had played in earlier rounds.

Althouhg born in England, he represented the Republic of Ireland at U17, U18 and U21 level. In October 2019 he was named in Mick McCarthy's provisional Northern Ireland senior squad for qualifiers against Georgia and Switzerland. On 29 October 2019 Sadlier was named in an extended 39-man provisional squad for a friendly against New Zealand and a qualifier against Denmark in November 2019. Both on all occasions he didn't gain matchday experience.

He was allocated No.23 in the Wycombe Wanderers squad for the 2023/24 campaign. He made his Wycombe debut in the 1-0 vicotry over a Crystal Palace U21 side in the Football League Trophy on 19 September 2023. He then made his Wanderers Football League as a late substitute in the League One game at Charlton Athletic on 23 September 2023.
