20-year-old former Norwich City academy player Connor Parsons was confirmed as a new signing by Wycombe Wanderers on 24th August 2021, just prior to the kick-off of the Football League Cup tie at Stevenage. The left-sided attacker had impressed during a trial period for the Wanderers, including appearances for the Development team. He was signed on a one-year deal and allocated the No.39 shirt in the Wanderers squad for the 2021/22 campaign. He went on to make his Wycombe debut on 31 August 2021- scoring in a 3-1 Football League Trophy loss to Aston Villa U21s. He made two more FLT appearances for Wanderers before joining National League side Notts County on loan on 26 November 2021 for what turned out to be two month spell (making 3 appearances). On 4 February 2022 Parsons signed for National League side Bromley on an initial one-month loan. On 2 March 2022, the loan deal was extended until the end of the season. On 10 May 2022, Parsons was recalled by Wanderers after 11 appearances for Bromley. His Wycombe contract was renewed in May 2022 for a further 12 months. Having made a Football League cup appearance for Wycombe as substitute at Northampton on 9 August 2022, the following week on 17 August 2022 it was announced he had been loaned to National League side Solihull Moors until January 2023. During his loan spell with Solihull he was recalled temporarily on two occasions to make two further FLT appearances, before an announcement on 23 December 2022 that he had joined League of Ireland side, Waterford for an undisclosed fee.
