Background: Right sided defender who was signed by Wycombe in August 2003 on a short term contract after impressing in the pre-season games.
originally recommended to Wycombe by Wanderers' goalkeeping coach and Beaconsfield SYCOB Manager Colin Barnes and played for Wycombe Reserves as a triallist towards the end of the 2002/3 season.
On signing Dell, Manager Lawrie Sanchez said: "He's done very well and we've given him a chance now. He has done as well as we could have expected during pre-season and he's got a good opportunity now."
Was given his Football League debut in the home game with Chesterfield on 23rd August 2003 and is now having the second bite at making it in the pro game having been on the books of QPR as a youngster before being released after contracting glandular fever.
Loaned out to Eastbourne Borough from 20th December 2003 after failing to make an impression on new Wycombe boss Tony Adams.
