Season Ticket prices for the 2019/20 season were originally released by the Club on 20th February 2019 with prices 'frozen' compared to the 'Early Bird' prices for 2018/19. The prices, released at least a month earlier than has been the norm for many seasons, had an 'Early Bird' deadline of 31st March 2019, compared to 2nd July 2018 for 2018/19. The earlier deadline also appeared to be the point when existing seat Season Ticket Holders could claim their existing seat. Trust Chairman Trevor Stroud commented on the shift in deadlines, saying: "Income from Season Tickets is a significant source of revenue each year and this season is no different; in fact, we have an on-going need to ease cashflow issues and your continued support of the Club by purchasing a Season Ticket will be a real help."After feedback from supporters, the Club confirmed on Thursday 11th April 2019 an extension to the 'early bird' discount window for season tickets until the end of the 2018/19 season. Season tickets purchased before midnight on 4th May 2019 would qualify for the ‘early bird’ discount - equivalent to seven free games. Existing season ticket holders’ seats would also be held until this date, before being released for general sale from May 7th 2019 onwards when the standard price kicked in (equivalent to five free games). Full details of the 2019/20 prices are shown below with the closest applicable category price from 2018/19 shown in brackets for reference. Matchday prices for the 2019/20 season were also confirmed shortly before the start of the opening League game and have been added to the information below. | (*) Note that Advance Matchday Ticket prices were previously only available to holders of 'The Blues Card', introduced for the 2009/10 season. This was issued free to Season Ticket Holders and could previously be purchased for £5 by non-Season Ticket holders. However, as from the 2013/14 season, 'The Blues Card' was issued free to fans following their first purchase of tickets during the season. From the start of the 2019/20 season, the Club introduced a new online ticketing partner with ticketco which allowed the advance discount to be obtained without any form of membership AND also on the day of the match.
